Ranjith currently heads international HR operations of HGS and has over 24 years of diverse HR exposure in IT/Telecom/Manufacturing industries. Most of his stint has been as an HR Leader working on translating business strategies into innovative HR initiatives that aid organizations meet competitive challenges. He has led transformation programs at corporate level and various M&A and divestment projects in current and past assignments.
During his career he has lived and worked in India, Cyprus, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany etc. with large MNCs of repute, and have led/managed large HR teams spread globally in USA, Canada, Jamaica, Colombia, UK, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Germany, Indonesia, UAE, Malaysia, Philippines, Brazil, Sweden, Hungary and India.
He is an experienced Executive Coach to CxO level leaders, and finds time to mentor young HR talents through various social networks. He is widely travelled and possesses solid exposure to HR practices all around the globe, in Americas, EMEA and APAC regions.
